Ø Tone, volume, pitch, and speed of voice are called paralanguage.

Ø Through paralanguage we can get many messages.

Ø We can recognize the mode and intention of a person through the tone of his voice.

Ø The urgency or lack of confidence can be conveyed through speed.

Ø Skipping over syllables or words, slurring sounds can minimize the percentage of credibility,

Ø These three elements can communicate more than you think sometimes causing hard feelings of loss of business and profits.

Ø  we can get different messages through them and they differ in different cultures.

Ø Keep somebody waiting or taking a long time decreases the importance of communicator that’s why time is important in many ways.

Ø Being on time is favorable nonverbal communication

Ø Space is determined through cultures as well

Ø Space is a personal zone of a communicator and it can specify the position as well.
