I agree with the above statement because fail means repeat and cheating mean getting a reward by using an illegal source.

You cannot apply your education in practical life if you get a degree by cheating.

In other words, how can a cheater complete with a hard working in real life?

                                     I think when we read a book, we can write something about it so I think the statement is Correct.
